all gages read normal and the truck is of course serviced regularly. I had to come to work tonight so i drove it as nothing seemed majorly amiss except for the 58mph top speed (i live 18 miles from work which is traveled on interstate). the power seems like its there but its like the transmission is in 4 LO mode but the front tires aren't engaged. The truck makes no odd sounds or vibrations and seems to run as normal. As im driving there I notice that it doesnt shift out of 4th gear so the rpms are kinda high. I look under the hood everything looks normal so I begin to drive it to the dealer. In 4L mode, you only have the option of TRAC off, which means that you have to hold the VSC Off switch for three seconds. This morning I get in my truck fire it up and my check engine light, vsc and trac control lights are all on. To turn off both TRAC and VSC, stop the vehicle (not difficult, since you are probably already stuck at this point) and then hold the switch for three seconds total. i go out this morning to get breakfast and my dash looks like a christmas tree. To turn off TRAC, simply push the VSC Off switch once. After I got home I let it rest for about an hour then started it up and all the warning lights came on again. The 'VSC Off' light started to flash, the check engine light came on and the Slip Indicator light came on. I have added a 2" leveling kit to the front and 275/70/18 tires About half way home, it started to occasionally shutter slightly at low speed, sort of like it didn't know if it should shift or not. The Tundra’s 5.7-liter V8 produces an ample 381 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque.

Ok guys i've done some reading and haven't found anyone with quite the exact same set of symptoms that i have so i'm hoping before i go to the dealer that someone might be able to shed some light on what's happening. Since the regular Tundra trim levels are uncompetitive in the segment, the special TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro trim levels are the most appealing since they come with distinctive style and Toyota’s long-standing reputation for building bulletproof off-roading vehicles.
